We want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If you need to return an item for whatever reason, we're here to help.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, simply send it back within 30 days and we'll refund the full cost of the item. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and some more information about why you are returning the item (so that we can learn and improve).

If you wish to exchange your item for another product available on our store, please email your query to email@example.com. We are happy to accept exchanges as long as the product is in its original packaging and has not been opened or damaged.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card.
If we have issued you with a refund, but you haven't yet received it, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company - it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund after 7 working days, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded unless the product is defective or damaged in transit.
