Returns Policy
Returns
We want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If you need to return an item for whatever reason, we're here to help. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, simply send it back within 30 days of ordering and we'll refund the full cost of the item. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and some more information about why you are returning the item (so that we can learn and improve).

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your item for another product available on our store, please email your query to info@manukaessentials.com. We are happy to accept exchanges as long as the product is in its original packaging and has not been opened or damaged.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also let you know if your refund has been approved.
If successful, then your refund will be processed applied to your credit card.
Late or missing refunds
If we have issued you with a refund, but you haven't yet received it, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company - it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund after 7 days of approval, please contact us at info@manukaessentials.com.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded unless the product is defective or damaged in transit.
Shipping
To return your order, please mail your product(s) to: Manuka Essentials Limited, 66 Taipari Street, Maungatapu, Bay of Plenty, New Zealand, 3112.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item unless the product is defective - in which case we will arrange collection. Delivery costs are non-refundable.
If you are sending an order valued over $75NZD, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
